Costar currently owns midstream processing assets in Texas and Oklahoma and has significant processing and fractionating assets in East Texas.  Costar continues to grow its existing assets and pursue other opportunities.

Costar is led by Dale Singleton and Kevin Sullivan, two veterans of the midstream energy industry, who have a track record of successfully growing and operating midstream energy companies. Dale and Kevin were founders and senior executives with several companies including Endevco, Tristar Gas and American Central.
